Refund policy

• All our perishables (Chocolate, Marzipan, Dragée, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance due to the sensitive nature of the product and its delicate storing conditions.
• Our Nonperishable products (containers, vases, gifts, etc.) are nonrefundable but could be exchanged if in excellent condition and within one month of the purchase date.
• Items to be exchanged should be handed in person to any of our Store Attendants at anytime during opening hours.
